"Disappointed with the service from this office. I contacted them multiple times before to correct our marital status on the policy from single to married, but the renewal documents still show the same incorrect information.

This should have been a simple update, and it is frustrating that repeated requests were not handled. Since accurate policy details can affect rating, this lack of follow-through is concerning. I now have to follow up again to get the policy corrected and reviewed."
