"There’s a lot I could say right now but I’ll keep it short but somewhat lengthy for those who should know. I have always been struggling with my auto insurance since I started insuring on my own policy. For the past year or two I have been trying to find an honest and willing to put in the work agent who would at least be able to break down my price from the high costs it is by living in New York alone. Harley had sat on the phone for me for almost 2 hours working around every technicality that would give us problems trying to get my policy started. Not only did he fully get my policy quoted at a rate I had never seen before but he had put in the effort to find other ways to break down the price through other discounts I wasn’t even aware about. With discounts I was aware about, he reassured me of the fears I had about some of them and how the underwriting team would react to my entire policy. Not only did he stay on that phone call but I had found out that he actually was scheduled to leave the office 30 minutes before I got off the phone with him. Most agents would have said they’ll have to continue this the next day or give me a call back but Harley continued to work on my policy to get me a price TODAY. I can’t say enough of how grateful I am of this insurance agency as it has made my insurance the cheapest it could be since I’ve started insuring my own vehicles. Make note that this rate was for two vehicles where I would have seen that price with just one with other agents. I do hope that someone beneficial sees this and gives Harley the recognition he deserved as his ethic goes above and beyond from the line. Thank you guys!"
